About the CRF Infrastructure Program
Core research facilities (CRFs) enable research programs at Brown, increase competitiveness for external grant funding, attract top faculty members, students and postdoctoral researchers, facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration and equip local and regional investigators with essential technical capacities.
The CRF Infrastructure Program, disbursed by the Division of Research, supports the development of core research facilities and the maintenance of their equipment. The directors of existing core facilities that support research at Brown — and are approved by the Controller’s Office — may apply for these funds.
