Key Areas of Expertise
The Research Communications team employs writing, publishing, multimedia storytelling, social media promotion, photography and videography to tell the stories of how Brown researchers are driving discovery and solving complex challenges facing our world.
Ongoing communications priorities include:
- IMPACT: Research at Brown, an annual magazine distributed to Rhode Island officials, foundations, Brown alumni in Congress, advisory and leadership councils, AAU executive leadership, Brown Corporation members and selected Brown University faculty, staff and alumni
- Research Notes monthly newsletter for faculty, grant-related staff and students
- @brownuresearch social media channels dedicated to spreading awareness about research, scholarship and experts at Brown
- Faces of Brown Research video series
