Winter Break Proposal Submission Deadlines
2025-26 Winter Break Deadlines
All proposal are due to OSP/BMRA by the close of business day unless a time is indicated below. For deadlines that fall on a Friday, complete proposals may be submitted until 9 a.m. on the following Monday.

*Proposals due to sponsor on January 12th may be routed by noon on Tuesday, January 6. Please note that proposals routed this day will receive a condensed review. Proposals seeking a full standard review should submit to OSP/BMRA by the close of business on December 19.
