Huron Grant and Agreement: Notifications

Learn about the different types of notifications users may receive through Huron.

Users receive automatic Huron generated notification emails when certain activities are triggered or, in some cases, when a record transitions through workflow in Huron.

Notifications serve as an important tool to remind users of action steps to be taken. It is critical, however, that users continue to monitor records via their Huron inbox and dashboard as not all activities trigger notifications.

The following tables identify the notification trigger, the notification subject/template, and the recipients of the notification.

Brown cannot disable or change notifications.  If there is a specific notification that you do not want to receive, you can create a Gmail rule to filter your emails.  Please be aware that once you create a Gmail rule, you will no longer see the filtered notification in your Gmail inbox unless you remove the Gmail rule (unless you created a Gmail label/folder in relation to your new Gmail rule).
