What COEUS Grants data will migrate to HRS?

COEUS Active Awards and Submitted Proposals will migrate to HRS on Dec. 4. Proposals with a status of In Progress, Approval in Progress, or Rejected will not migrate/convert to HRS.

 

Will the full details of converted Proposals be migrating?

No, only basic details and total proposal budget amounts will be converted. Uploaded documents and budget details will not migrate.

 

Will proposals created in COEUS after Dec. 4 migrate to HRS?

No; proposals created, routed (or approved) approved after 5 p.m. ET will not migrate to HRS.

 

Can I start working on a proposal in HRS before Go Live on Dec. 9?

No; the HRS system will not be available until Dec. 9. Therefore, there will be a proposal submission freeze between Dec. 9-13 to account for review time.

 

What activities are possible during the proposal freeze (Dec. 9-13)?

New proposals can be created and routed to OSP for review (but not submitted to sponsor). Outgoing Subaward requests can resume, and new awards can also be created by OSP

 

Will COEUS be available after the HRS Transition?

Yes, COEUS will remain available for a period of time after the transition (as areference or view only).
