November 22 – The final day to submit Subaward Order Forms for processing in COEUS. Subaward requests can resume on Dec. 9 after HRS Go-Live

December 3 – The final day to approve proposals or awards that are converting to Huron. Proposals approved after this day will not migrate to HRS and will need to be recreated in that system at a future date

December 4 – COEUS snapshot taken, data starts migrating to Huron

December 6 – The final day to use COEUS for proposal routing, review, and submission

December 9 – Huron Research Suite Go-Live

December 9-13 – Proposal submission freeze. Proposals due to sponsor during this period must be submitted by Dec. 6

December 16 – Normal proposal submissions resume
