The Brown HRPP team within the Division of Research launched the HRPP Insider newsletter on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025. The newsletter is intended to give the human subjects research communities of Brown University, Brown University Health, and Care New England an inside look at all things related to human subjects research across the three organizations as part of the full alignment efforts related to the BIRCH initiative. 

The HRPP Insider will be distributed twice a month leading up to the full alignment scheduled to take place in early 2026. Following alignment, editions of the newsletter will be sent out on a monthly basis.

The first edition of the newsletter is available to read now. All future editions will be added to the Division of Research website.
