The Graduate School is hosting this interactive workshop that will inform participants about the historical context for exclusionary systemic structures, procedures, and practices. Participants will explore their values and have the opportunity to practice inclusive mentoring strategies that challenge and dismantle barriers to equal participation.
The workshop will take place on Feb. 21 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. A boxed lunch will be provided. A break will occur between 12-1 p.m., enabling you to take a break and eat your lunch. Students are expected to be able to attend the entire day, given that the material is cumulative.
