Submit a Coeus Access Ticket for Another User

Managers and others who are requesting Coeus access for another user must take an additional step when submitting the ticket on the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Service Center page.

To submit a Coeus access request for another user:

  1. Ensure that you are logged in to the OIT Service Center with your Brown credentials before you begin to fill out the ticket.
  2. Select ACCESS > Coeus Access Request to request new access/roles in the Coeus system.
  3. Fill in your name and email address.
  4. Check the Yes box under “Is this request for someone else?”
  5. Complete all remaining fields.
  6. Submit the request.

You will receive a confirmation page (with your ticket number) as well as an email from the OIT helpdesk once your ticket is submitted.
