Learn when to use Coeus Premium instead of Coeus Lite.
As a best practice recommendation, the Research Administration Information Systems (RAIS) team encourages anyone working on proposals to work exclusively in Coeus Premium. Some proposal functions are not available in Coeus Lite. Coeus Premium has a complete and robust set of functions to address your proposal preparation needs. (Coeus Lite is most often used by human subjects protocol/Institutional Review Board end users to view and work on protocols.)
Lite comes with various limitations that you may encounter when using the platform for proposal preparation. Premium has full proposal functionality and should be used, especially for more complex proposals, as well as hierarchies.
